China FUERKAI Foundry’s products cover all grades of all ADI specifications (ISO17804, EN1564, A TM A897M, SAE, J247, JIS G5503, GB/T24733 etc.)
Our Strength
1. We adopt shell mold casting. This casting process guarantees excellent dimensional accuracy, superior surface performance and internal quality.
2. We use intermediate frequency furnace to melt iron. With strictly controlling chemical composition and spheroidization, our products have stable metal matrix organization and nodularity exceeds 90%.
3. We have a whole set of highly automatized heat treatment equipments. Precision of Temperature Control is within ±3℃. All of our operators have more than 10 years’ operation experience.
4. We have a complete quality control system:
a Metallographic Testing Lab with spectrometer;
a Mechanical Testing lab to test Tensile strength, impact energy, and hardness;
non destructive testing (NDT):
Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic Particle or Dye Penetrant testing,
3 axis coordinate measuring for machined parts.
